• CROSSKENNAN LANE ANIMAL SANCTUARY: ANTRIM, NORTHERN IRELAND: http://www.crosskennanlane.org.uk: Crosskennan Lane Animal Sanctuary (CLAS) primarily involved in rescue and rehabilitation of horses and ponies in Northern Ireland. • Donkey Sanctuary www.thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk Largest Donkey Sanctuary in the world. Therapy for special needs children using donkeys and lots of other interestin stuff.

Please help save these poor equines from the horrendous journey to Italy to be slaughtered for meat for human consumption.

• Horse Aid Care and Knowledge (HACK): Wrexham, North Wales: http://www.hackonline.org.uk Provide a haven for distressed, neglected and cruelly treated horses ponies and donkeys.  Their future will be secure in the knowledge that each one will be brought back into good health and returned to a normal working life where possible and placed with vetted and caring homes.  Those who are unsuitable for rehoming will stay at the sanctuary.

• Sathya Sai Sanctuary Trust for Nature: Castlebaldwin, County Sligo, Ireland: www.donkeys.ie: The Sanctuary was founded by Sue Paling in 1991 primarily to offer a place of peace and refuge for old, injured, unwanted, abandoned, neglected and abused donkeys, ponies and horses. It is open to visitors at all reasonable times. Please bring waterproof footwear, even in Summer.
