This form will not automatically put your notice on the site. As a security measure they are all read first and then uploaded. This can take a day or two - please be patient.
Your details will not be saved anywhere - we don't archive anything - when your notice falls off the bottom of the page that is the end! GONE!
If you want to remove your notice use this form again but PLEASE -IT IS ESSENTIAL to let us know the date the original notice appeared.

Photo Notes:
1) If you have image editing software please crop your photo so that the animal fills the picture.
2) Make your images approx. 200px wide
3) If this sounds too technical your image viewing software may have an option to save photos for emailing - this will be OK. We will sort it out at this end.
4) DO NOT TRY TO SEND HI-RESOLUTION PHOTOS. The maximum file size the form will accept is 200KB.
5) Make sure the image is either a 'GIF' or a 'JPEG' - JPEGs are best for photos. (The file name should end with .jpg or .gif, eg imagename.jpg)
6) When you've sorted that lot out click the 'Browse...' button to locate the image on your computer
